We (that is, Kat and Mat) have a son named Gideon. Like most parents, we also have a box filled with pictures and cards and random bits marking kiddie milestones. The last time I opened that box to add a hand-outline turkey, I found Dig. He seems to have sprouted from a tuft of Gideon's first haircut hair. He is therefore insanely cute and teeny and is usually found rummaging under the couch for M&M's or Cheetos.
